Therapy to Manage Adversity & Trauma:
Have you experienced trauma, whether a big "T" or little "t"? This could stem from violence's early abandonment, chronic illness, infertility, unplanned pregnancy, divorce, career changes, or any other significant life challenge. These challenges, though difficult, often present a chance to reflect, heal, and grow. Let's work together to address these challenges and help you become a happier, healthier version of yourself!
Reflection & Inquiry for Mind/Body/Spirit:
What moves you? What do you dream of doing or becoming? What’s holding you back from those dreams? Through mindfulness, meditation and gentle movement, we’ll explore how to increase your self-awareness, cultivate self-compassion, and nurture self-love.
The growing body of research shows that regular mindfulness practice can bring balance to all aspects of your life. Private sessions are tailored to meet your unique needs, allowing us to create a personalized practice that supports you in achieving your dreams of success. As a certified meditation and yoga teacher (RT-500), I’m here to guide you on this transformative journey. Let’s work together to make your aspirations a reality.
